Would love to learn how to get the factory data….

You used to be able to get a Certificate of Provenance from Lotus for not much money, but a couple of years back they made it into a bit of a "thing" which now carries a hefty price tag (~£170 IIRC). Great thing to have though.

Was down at SWLC Performance open day today and they had this rather sad looking JimClark in their side port


Its number 626. Had a note on the seat - "dont try to use the brakes" - which sounds awkward. Somebody's on here or one we know??

I don't know if you're still keeping this up to date But i am now the owner of this car, I bought from Bingoking in January.

I am not sure if anyone is still looking for info on S2's but here goes with my "new" car

Limited edition number: No. 122
Colour: Medina
Hood Colour: Black
Leather including piping or Half leather: Graphite Grey Leather
Lhd or Rhd: RHD
Mileage: 3,458 (Yes 3,458. The car was dry stored by the owner and hardly used. Laterly only 15 miles between MOT's)
Reg: Originally registered LOT1S and now for sale by previous owner for £15k.
Reg: Now on M130 XYB but I will put F110 TUS on it when I get the V5 back.
Exact date of registration: March 1995, although built Sept 1994 and delivered to Murray Motors

Extras and Upgrades like Nardi/Brakes/Chips/Exhaust/Suspension: Nardi Steering Wheel.

I have recently purchased this car and had it transported to Murray Lotus to have it checked over as it had only one service in its life despite being owned by a motor dealer. All that is required to get it on the road is a full service and belts change, one wheel bearing and 4 new tyres. I hope to have her on the road next weekend and I can't wait to drive her.
