Trying to register

Just noticed this post on FB, LDC member trying to register with no luck.
Probably something simple can anyone have a look.

Can anyone help. I've tried on several occasions to register for the LotusElanCentral forums. Chosen a username and email and password, THINK I have answered the tricky question correctly, but never get an activation email. Checked my SPAM and TRASH folders. Tried both with up to date Chrome and Firefox. Now when I try again I'm told that username and email are in use . . . still no activation email. Any thoughts how I can get past this hurdle.

I had a similar issue when registering for another forum once. It turned out I had a typo in my email address, and that's why I never received the activation email. Double-check your email for any mistakes.
