Described as 'uprated' - could still be standard calipers with different pads in maybe. Fronts yes.

simonbuk here's a pic of my front standard caliper. It looks very much like yours even tho yours have been painted red...
Yes uprated could mean 'whizzier' pads.
Btw m100 front discs + pads in UK can be very cheap - from a Corsa-ish Vauxhall I think. (Rears are a nightmare tho'
)I got a EurocarParts seasonal deal for Pagid front discs and pads for around £25 so I bought another set 'for the shelf'. (I've found M100 owners tend 'collect' spares by necessity if they find good v-f-m; also motor factors seldom have our stuff to hand on the shelf.)

I've done a few of my own challenges by necessity (tho not a cam belt yet) brakes, fluids, shocks, mountain chip, 1499 + O2 sensor, silencer, battery, t rod ends, heater hose + valve, light pod etc. - all things that seem easier 2nd time around...not really competent but 'enthusiastic'. Like others on LEC I'm happy to help; we are a little thin on the ground, especially for meet-ups, aren't we?
If you're local to me and desperate for parts you're welcome to use mine and replace for off-the-shelf convenience. It might save some days 'jacked up' (or save being ripped off) if we all had the cameraderie to offer this facility, I reckon...
