Hey Carl, there is a pretty active lotus group, LOCO (Lotus owners of Colorado) that has a few M100 owners, if you haven't connected with them yet (always good to talk/show in person).
I've gotten parts from a hodge podge of places (there is no one stop shop).
For Lotus specific parts stateside, the best sources I know are John Callahan, or Dave Bean.
Often enough though, I'm importing from a UK specialist too, like SJS, PNM, SWLC, Bell&Covil, etc.
For engine parts, brakes, and belts: RockAuto
And then there is eBay for all the parts that we just have get salvaged/scavenged from another car.
And then the group buys here for other hard to find things.
Wish I had a simpler answer, but then that's half of the hobby, just trying to find a part that works
