Radiator Hose

My Elan recently overheated. My mechanic replaced the thermostat and advised replacing the expansion tank, hoses, and fans. I ordered part C100K0104F to replace the bottom radiator hose. However, the hose doesn't match what was on the car. See the photo below with the new bottom radiator hose at left and existing bottom radiator hose at right. Did I order the wrong part? Do I need another part?
