Looks like I will have to use the cam belt kit I got a few years ago.
I tried last year and could not get the crank bolt undone. This time I have a bigger impact driver.

If it's any use, I used a Milwaukee M18 Fuel high torque impact and got it undone without any trouble - I appreciate they are expensive though! - Remember you could always strap a breaker bar and an impact socket and use the starter motor to brake it loose if you are still stuck.
A weighted impact socket, heat, and penetrating oil will also make a big difference.
