Kier, the Pistachio looked super in person. Great job on the respray! At Dunston, I thought pistachio was very bright but it looked positively tame compared to the Isotope Green Elises at Hethel. Overall, a great choice. No-one is going to "not see you" and cut you off, ever again!

Yep, deffo a good colour and helped me navigate back to Blipi in the massive car park!

Really pleased you had the guts to give it a go, proving the Elan is a cool car for most colours. It is also quite true to Lotus colour history as the old Elan came in Pistachio and it was good to compare your car to them.

Top marks dude! :-D

Cheers guys!

Mind you the Pistachio colour did not go with the Red at all, a real clash! Looked good with the NMY & BRG's though!

After various sightings across many years, I have finally tracked this car down, currently residing on Canvey Island Essex.
Great to meet its current owner.

I didn't realise this project dated back 18 years.
Video shows "not available in your region". Is Milton Keynes really that far from Essex?

Bugger  that's annoying :? it took me ages to figure out how to post it, (because I always forget how to do it, and have to relearn every time :bonk: ) and now, it turns out that was a waste of time anyway
Is there anything I can do or not do, to help the situation ? :smt017 it's a shame it's such a faff to post on here, we need to keep this forum going !! but I can see why some people prefer other social media formats where it's sooooooooo much easier to post a photo (although most of the content is total :censored:)

Is that Imgur you were using Steve?, they quit UK due to all the new regulations B/S.

Use this, it's really simple, you dont have to login or create an account, just click the link, click Upload, select your pic from your PC, then copy and paste the link here,
it'll automatically upload the picture. https://imgbb.com/signup

No one can see any IMGUR stuff in the UK - you can cos you own it but we can't get access to their servers so cant see anything you share from there. There are many other hosts that do work here incl, Jamie's suggestion. I use Postimage.org - which is free and simple but not very sophisticated if you have a lot of photos to catalogue. Essentially the same process as you use in IMGUR. Upload you photo to them, look at the "share" links and copy the "direct" link between img tags in your post. A bit of pfaff but easy enough.
