3D Printable Wire Bending Jig for fuel injector clips

Postby SomeoneTakeTheWheel » Mon 12.10.2026, 19:20

In replacing my fuel injectors, I didn't like the condition of some of the little wire clips that lock the electrical connector on. I decided to make my own, but they are a very specific shape. So I designed a jig that would let you bend and trim 0.9mm spring steel wire into the exact shape needed.

I recommend printing in PETG or ABS or stronger. I printed in PLA and the strength of the steel wore that jig out after 2 uses.

Interesting, do you have any other 3D prints relating to our cars?
