Hi, I have a Kia Elan and I was looking for a pair of lotus Elan rear light and parts to fit into my car. <br>How ever, I have given it up after learning that that the rear lights of the two cars are not changeable. I have never seen it my self, but I heard that some modification has to be made in order to fit.  <br>Another thing is that the Korean registeration plates are smaller than the european plates.  You would have to change the rear registeration plate to a smaller one as well. But if you have a U.S. spec Elan, it would be a different story. <br><br>Further more, As I know,  the Kia Motec, the manufacturer of Kia Elan will sell parts only in the condition that you would trade it in for the old part in order to prevent parts from being used for other purposes. However, this may not apply to parts that are still available in great numbers.

LXAD, the answer is yes, but they're not for sale.  Check w/ Sy, I believe he is in the process of sourcing the parts.  Jeff, what's wrong w/ yours?  I have a good left, but the right has a chipped portion on the bottom edge.

Nothing (yet), just paranoid that I might not be able to source one.  Took 5 years to find a tail light for my other car.

i am about to fit kia rea full assembly..
this is both lights , both scoops which are reverse lights at the moment, one of which will be converted into a fog light.
this causes a problem that only 14" is left for the number plate...
at present i have a 6 digit plate .. but may have to put E3LAN on to save space.
it does require cutting for the full instalation..
but minor cutting for just the lights..
