Yup, I broke it, but I managed to fix it as well as getting myself a major headache trying to find out what was wrong.

Anyway this is what has been done (hopefully):
- The green marks that show when a new message has been posted has previously disappeared after some time, before some could be able to get caught up with all new posts. It was therefore difficult to get caught up with all messages. This is hopefully fixed now

However:
- If you suddenly see a lot of green messages, on threads you have already replied to, this is most likely a little bug that came with the modified files. You could make them go away by either clicking those threads, or mark all forums as read, if you're not interested in looking at any recent posts that may have happened while I was messing around

If anyone for some reason are suddenly experiencing any problems, please do let me know.

You've broken it Liz. When viewing the "posts since last visit" I got an error code - see below

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '}' in /home/.dazzler/elanm100/lotuselancentral.com/forum/search.php on line 1429

Don't know if it's connected with your green icon fiddling ?

Thanks Liz - it's working now.

However, Stef and I have noted a problem under UK event, Scottish camping trip. We have both posted on page 9 of the thread but it appears as though the page doesn't exist ?? Any ideas ??

They're on page 8.

This is a known problem...it'll cure itself with more posts.

For now, just keep clicking on the page before last (if nothing appears on the last page) for the latest posts

That breaking isn't my fault.

It happened when the forum was converted. My theory is that is caused by the users that were lost. That their post won't appear anywhere, but that they're still there. That's why it looks like there's more posts on the threads. Make sense?
