remember, folks, to add in your location (in your profile)--as it was erased in the conversion

if you don't put your location, people will not be able to give as 'personal' a helping hand as possible when you ask for recommendations, help, etc.

Someone put a lot of though into this...

Postby Enright » Mon 11.07.2005, 21:19

...and it shows.

I wondered about changing the format of such a great forum, thinking "well THAT part of it isn't broke, so why fix it"?

But the new look is really elegant, and a credit to the marque.

I'm very proud to be associated with every aspect of Lotus ownership, and this flies the flag beautifully.

Well done.

Sorry to disappoint you Brian but they have let me back - along with all the rest of the Scottish rabble !!

Well done to the computer boffins for a great looking website. I will now rather reluctantly (not !!) have to put down the garden tools, paint brushes, iron and vacuum cleaner and get back to serious business !!

Thanks,

Rambo

It did.

I'm trying to figure out if my (ex) red/crud Elan is in the picture at the top of the page. Or have I been "cleansed" from the photo archives as well?

That photo was taken from the other end of the car park to yours and Montys cars. (unless Liz has done some mirroring etc with the image)

So is it an ex-Elan, are you an ex-owner or both?

What I want to know is, did you wash the car in front of the new owner?

I'm an ex-owner. Scott's Excel has been unlucky enough to fall into my posession as the new daily driver :burnout: . Sure enough the sun is now shining fiercely and I'm driving around in an oven-car.

The washing of the Elan was negotiated out of the deal in exchange for a rapid completion of the sale.

I actually think my ex Elan IS in that photo - at least a couple of pixels of the roof line anyway...

I've just added a mod so it's now possible to add to flash films to your posts and hopefully your signatures as well...

Let's see if Tony's flashy one shows up... Surely he'll be the first to show off
