Should we allow everyone to add new polls?

Excuse me if I'm being Mr Thickie, but is it possible us Elanoraks to create a 'Poll' header similar to the ones on the old LEC site? Can you do anything about a poll Liz?... :roll:

Poll header.. One problem is that I have no idea what the old site used to be like.. Gimme more details and we'll see. Maybe I'll have a bright moment :lol:
