Help!

Postby bmwmandan2002 » Tue 19.07.2005, 07:39

I notice that a number of you have wheels that look similar to the Esprit S4 wheels, here in the us we only have one wheel, what wheel is it that you all have, also what is the acceptable offset for this car?

Our 16" S2 wheels with the five spokes look similar but you need 5 bolts on the Esprit - we only have four.

I think Sy missed the point?

It is the standard wheel from the S2 series M100 Elan. Full factory normal fit and offset in 16". I found they look even better in person than in pictures too! 100X better than the US wheels IMHO.

They're occasionally up for sale on UK ebay or from people within the site.

THANK YOU!, but i was wondering what is the offset for this car in general, currently im driving a E46 BMW 325i and was looking for somthing a little more sporty, Lotus having always been my mark of choice gives me very few options for practicality, What i would do for a Lotus Carlton! Thank you all for your help

well, because of the FWD the offset is +60

I've always wanted a Carlton too, but had to settle for an Evo instead--fast as hell, with a warranty!
