My car has been running like a normally-aspirated lately - no power at all, even though the boost gauge shows boost. It idles fine and can handle freeway speed, and there is no rev limit, so I don't seem to be in limp-home mode. All hoses are connected. CEL lamp works with ignition switch on before starting. Could this still be a CAS/Hall Effect sensor problem? Other ideas?
I've never tried Elanscan as the cable I got didn't have the right pins, but I'll try and get that to work in the next few days.

Maybe the Wastegate not working? Maybe the boost control valve?
