I'm with Costas...do you find many places that want you to have a rollbar? Most places in the US around me require it for open cars.

As long as it is a 'driving course' or 'drivers training and trackdays without competative aims' the authorities and track officials are usually not so difficult overhere.

Once on track I allways try to remember I am quite vulnerable. But it's likely that it is safer to speed on a track than on the open roads anyway.
