so back to this. the flanges have turned up and cameron and the boys are working over time tonight to build them up. so far they have 2 ready and they will have another 2 or three in the morning. i'll pick them up at 12.00 as i set off down south and those how have pm'ed me back will have theres delivered at stoneleigh.
the others of the first batch of ten will be ready by the end of next week for posting. the final price is £200 but this might go up by a tenner or so because i have just s**t myself at the price of exhaust wrap.

if i've got this right i'll will have stiffys for....

.........who i will see at the show if i've got 4 not 5 then its first come first served or a good old punch up.

they come with the bracket for the block and thermo-tec exhaust wrap with 2x ties. you will need to sorce some bolds and washers to make it fit but i hope to supply this as a kit in the future. :wink:

I've just emailed a place in essex that 'may' do ceramic jet hot coating.
I typed in the above to 'ask jeeves' and it led me there eventualy

They specialize in Harley davidsons. just in case you'd like to take a look.

Anyway as we all know emails generaly are a waste of ferkin time , we'll see

OK I'm in for one if the outlet is 2 1/2" and you can supply it with the O2 bung. I don't want the thermal tape so save on that. I'll just send mine off to Jet-Hot and have it ceramic-coated.

I know from first-hand experience that stuff works wonders, plus you get a thermal coating on the inside too, not just the outside like with the tape. And shiny, yeah baby!

Davidjt, what did you do to your back? Just curious as I burst the L3 disc in March, had it fixed in July then burst the same damn disc again rock-climbing at the beginning of October. I'm having surgery (again) this Friday November 18.

I had tried to be very careful as the 1st surgery was an amazing success. I wonder how long you have to be careful doing certain activities after such a surgery?

S2 and fed spec cars can have them supplyed with the boss for the sensor thingy. Where do you'se want it?

In the main exhaust flow (not in the way of the wastegate) and so it can be replaced without having to remove any other components.

They come with thermo-tec exhaust wrap with 2x ties.

Don't need or want any. Will just send mine to Jet-Hot. What material is the stiffy made of? When can you deliver & for how much?

Anyone else install their's yet and have any comment(s) to make?
