In my search for instrument lights I found the “Bulb & Holder, tell-tale lamps” part number: A100N6012S Remarks: Black 1.2W (from Page 1 17.07A of the parts manual) at a BMW dealer. The BMW part number is: 62-11-1-368-299 and it is an exact replacement even having the same manufacturer - OSRAM. Note that the black referred to is the color of the plastic surround.
I still haven’t found a replacement bulb for the green base 2W bulbs.

Green instruments bulbs

If I'm thinking of the same things: The small green all-in-one holder/bulbs that illuminate the revs/speed/gauges in the cluster, they're available from any Vauxhall dealer. Cost arond £2 each, although I think Halfords do them cheaper.
