Seven Hours on the ramp!!! Really nice blokes..lots of patience with me and the car, pre cat hollowed out whilst still bolted to the car. Have noticed an increase in the accelleration. Very Pleased.
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.

mine was done 3 weeks ago now and what an improvement.....more boost and a better sound.....I'd recommend these guys to anyone (jp exhausts in macclesfield) for those 'up north'
I droppped the car with them on my way to work and collected on the way home....it was on the ramp so I could have a look when I came to pick it up and its a very good job indeed and the 2.25" pipe gives alot more boost....what more can I say
I'm very very pleased indeed

What a gorgeous sound and it seems to accelerate a heck of a lot smoother in all gears.
The guy had it completed from the 2-bolt section backward in 2.25 hours, handbuilt rear box and oval tailpipe (similar design to standard but a bit bigger) so its a great fit.
The exhaust is 2.25" (57mm), had to pay 3% on £200 as I didn't take enough money with me but no probs with that.
Small business (Extreme Performance) but can definetly recommend them to anyone in the area.
Also saved the front section of exhaust which is great for a spare if I get the next car or if anyone needs a standard exhaust.
Unfortunately / fortunately (depends upon how you look at it) the o/s driveshaft has started to split so one boot kit coming up......luckily its only just weeping at the moement so CV joint should still be ok!!

has anyone tried quicksilver for an exhaust? both in stainless steel - you can have a standard one for 347 inc delivery and vat - or a sports one for 396. the sports one can either have a standard tail pipe or one of your choice.

I believe I used Quicksilver (might have been UK Stainless so am not 100%) for my Manta exhaust. If they are based in London its probably them. My exhaust was ok, not a perfect fit, however if you are around London, there is one in South London and the one I went to that will fit your exhaust for you for under the price of Quicksilver. Or if you are around Macclesfield, that exhaust is even cheaper including fitting.
