Please explain
Why do some PMs go into the Outbox when some are sent immediately??
How do you send PM that have gone into the Outbox??

Messages in the outbox have not been opened by the person you have sent PM too. Once opened they go into the sent messages.

A PM will appear in the outbox until whoever you sent it to has read it. Once it has been read it will be moved to the sent box automatically. While the message is still in the outbox, you are able to make modifications to it (or even delete it) prior to it being delivered.
So, in example, if it takes a month for someone check their message, you could just delete it as the whatever you wrote about could then be insignificant.
