Tried the link above Doug & tried the manual section, neither will let me in, so can someone just tell me the sparkplug torque setting please ?

Install the plugs to 18-21.5 lb-ft. torque.

it's an almagam page from the old site that has not been converted over

'tis too bad no one volunteers to submit pages for repairs and the likes any more

we still get loads of info in the various forum sections, but not condensed into single pages . . . .

Just an question here, in the link Doug has given above, it says torque plugs to 18-21.5 lb-ft , & yet in the owners handbook it says 14 lb-ft, which setting do people use, as there's quite a difference here ?

how about 15 then

how accurate is your torque wrench

personally I would hand torque them to feel the washer flatten out and then put the torque wrench on to tighten it to spec if it is not already there

In the write up it say's how important the correct torque setting is, so i was just wondering why there setting was different to the lotus one ?
