I just had a look at your profile and I can't see any obvious problems.

I've been receiving mail just fine. The webhost has been having an issue with virus emails clogging up the mail servers so there could be some delay.

Check with your mail providor that they are not blocking email from LEC or our webhost, or that they havnt started to be sent to a junk mail folder.

Hello Soon-to-be-Unhappy DreamHost Customers,

One of our NetApp filers (the back-end serverst that store all your email
and web sites) has crashed. We are in the process of diagnosing the
problem and hope to correct it shortly.

In the meantime you may be experiencing downtime with your website and
email service. Any emails sent to you during this time should be
redelivered after things are fixed. We don't anticipate any data loss
from this outage.

Our apologies and hopefully we can get things back up lickety-split.

Thanks,
That UnHappy DreamHost One-less-filer Team!

Hello Dreamhosters,

We're having serious problems with the cluster of machines that handle
mail for your domains.

We're working as hard as we can to fix them, and will have more details soon.

I'm investigating this, the webhost may have changed something so we just need to change a setting somewhere, ive not seen others complaining of the same issue.

I've made a couple of changes, and told the forum to use an alternative route of sending emails. I've tested it an received email within a minute of reply.

perhaps with the recent 'upgrade' to the program file, users settings may have been accidentally changed in the process???

just posing the thought cause I remember having to log in everywhere again and change one setting of mine . . . :)

the upgrade shouldn't have anything to do with it. The upgrade was regarding the login system, mainly, which is why everyone had to sign in again, but that was it really.

We had to mess with some settings, but I received an email about a PM since then so i dont think it's that.

I'll look into the issue ASAP for you.

Tony changed some settings and I just got an email for a PM. I didn't notice any problems in the first place (coz no one's PM'd me during that time anyway), but it may work again. If you'd do a quick check by PMing or something, that'd be good
