Turning off Avatars

Is there any way of turning off the avatars (stopping them from showing).

Some of them seem to be getting more and more risque. I don't personally have a problem with that, however, as I work in an open plan office on a client site some of the natives around me may well take offence.

If these can't be turned off then it means checking the site after hours only, however if they can be turned off then I can still use my lunch hour productively

I've looked through the 'profile' settings and theres no way for users to disable avatars from being displayed..

I must admit some latley are getting a bit on the risque side... *looks at Doug* .

If you use firefox you could block the avatars using the adblock plugin, just blocking images that come from the avatar folder.

No personal complaints from me, just have to look out for future cashflow.

I blame phpBB for not building in sufficient features to their software
