Andrew's windbreak was one of those special projects which pop up every now and again. He's not doing them any more.
It's a neat idea, but was a pain to make in quantity by hand (sourcing the tubes and other bits, matching the pairs of tubes to ensure they slide OK, bending them, making the fittings and locking mechanism etc).
It was one of these things people do just to see if they can do it, and ask others at the time if they're interested. I'm sure you'll have seen lots of similar projects on the site. Look out for these special projects and get them while you can.

Thanks for letting me know. Yes there are so many fantastic ideas/projects on the site I don't know where to start
I am getting quite a collection of bits and pieces for the elan now and I have it all planned what I am going to do etc. All I need now is the time
