I love working in Germany - cheap wine, cheap beer, no speed limits :D - what more could you ask for (cute blondes? yep got them as well. )

Some of them take it a bit seriously though:

Hoping the stand still traffic I was in stuck in today was from a caravan on fire...

Never saw the mess, but the thought made me chuckle! :-D
Men are like a fine wine.
They begin as grapes, and it's up to women to stomp the sh * t out of them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with.

Deciding that the pool was rather too cold (28°C) once the sun went behind a cloud, so slipped into the spa (40°C) to warm up.

Sorry Steve - for the ex-colonials that's 82°F and 104°F.

Thanks for the offer (and we will be in Niagara/Toronto/New York next week) but after 3500+ miles in the last three weeks, even the offer of seeing Billy's handiwork can't quite inspire me...... let alone Sarah and the kids!

Well, my late father-in-law did post a sign near the pool citing a San Diego city ordinance that reads "Swimsuits optional beyond this point" Ask Geoff about his sunburn...

Once again Sniff who I believe is the Top Gear scriptwriter is right on the money.

The Mclaren has been panned in the Uk press for not being involving or special enough despite all journos having to admit somewhat reluctantly it outperforms the 458 in every department. In any other country it would hailed as a technological masterpiece of home grown engineering but not here!.
