yep they got away with it .
they were both wandering aroung the airport (together)the next day trying to get a flight home . the carriers wouldn't take . But its only malta . a few train rides and you can be back home . So with that i guess they won't be picked up as they come through a ferry port and i doubt at waterloo either.
my insurance is sending me a whopping £68 for the inconvinence.

Dapinky , Jane the very nice police woman was previously an air hostess and couldnt belive that the air staff backed him into the corner by the emergency door .. at this point she realised the immediate danger as he was holding and tapping it the handle. There was also another policeman who offered help , but the thought as she was (err obviously) female that it may help calm the situation.
i guess if many had have known that the plane was to be emergency landed the bigger blokes at the front would have sat on him.
very akward situation that put him totally in control ..
gaffer tape his hands together and drop him of to the kenyan police they would have not slapped him on the wrist for having marijana on him..
wouldn't know how to go about sueing them and who would i sue?
