Blipi is blowing on the 3 bolt part of the Zaust where it attaches to the manifold (I think) bit at the engine end of the system. There is a shield thingy there too which happens to be rattling slightly... Need a new gasket kit and bolts so I have been told.

Anyone know if this part has a name so I can order it without sounding like a numpty trying to describe what I need?

Is this the area the Stiffy attaches onto? Would the Stevo doode have bits for me to ifx this?

Sounds like it is the gasket between the head and the manifold? The piece that fits this, right?:

If so, I would think "exhaust manifold gasket" should get you what you need.

As for the "stiffy" part of your blow job (what?! ), that part connects to the turbo and continues on to the rest of the exhaust (O2 housing).

Could be that but there is only one connection not 4! Where the zaust attaches to a nasty cast irn lump of a thing coming down from the engine.

Will order the 'exhaust manifold gasket' and see!

Hold on, Stef...maybe it's something else. Is the leak on the engine side of the turbo or the tailpipe side of the turbo? Do you still have the pre-cat in your system? Maybe when you said "manifold" I was thinking further up the system. The picture I linked to above is the manifold that goes between the turbo and the head. It may be the connection to the pre-cat... In that case it may just be a standard 3-bolt, 2.25" (if that is the stock size - sorry, just going from memory) exhaust gasket. Should be able to get it at any muffler shop.

OK, here's a pic of Matt's shiny precat-to-downpipe connection. Yours (and everyone else's!) will likely look a bit more rusty. Is this the problem area?

No it isn't the manifold gasket you need, that is for between the engine block and the bit before the turbo. Mine doesn't have a gasket at the base of the cast section, just a bit of exhaust cement and the pipe under the engine has a slight lip on the flange creating a good seal. Your you-know-what (see previous sentence) probably just needs removing, cementing and retightening.

The bolts are standard metric (M8 IIRC) and easily available anywhere (within reason).
